Outside Sales Business Development Representative

North East Iowa Area - $50-55K + commission

Our client is a locally owned equipment manufacturing company in the Dubuque, IA area. This position is a work from home position involving heavy travel in northern Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase market share and drive business through interacting with clients demonstrating the company’s beneficial products. Pursue opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are completed while projects are profitable.
  • Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution and client deliverables.
  • Review all deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Provide regular status and call reports on a weekly basis.
Job Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Business Development experience.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on consumer needs.
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
  • Skilled to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
