Role You Will Play:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted partner to contractor and builder customers, owning relationships from initial engagement through long-term account growth. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field within your assigned territory, proactively calling on existing customers while developing new business opportunities. By understanding each contractor’s workflow, project timelines, and product needs, you will deliver tailored millwork, door, and window solutions that add real value to their business. Success in this role comes from strong relationship management, disciplined territory planning, and the ability to consistently grow market share while exceeding customer expectations.
