Salary: $83,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Comprehensively assess and evaluate patient conditions for appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans for patients leveraging evidence-based practices.
• Regularly communicate patient progress and any issues to supervisory staff and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provide valuable training and guidance to nursing staff and family members to ensure effective follow-through and support programs.
• Meticulously document all patient care activities to meet stringent compliance standards of regulatory bodies.
• Maintain therapy equipment and workplace, ensuring a safe and clean condition at all times.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Must possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Valid Physical Therapist licensure is required.
• Current CPR certification is essential.
• Demonstrable organizational and communication skills.
