We’re looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapist who brings a servant’s heart and a passion for orthopedics to our brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic. Whether you’re a seasoned pro looking to specialize or a new grad seeking a safety net, our innovative leadership and 85-person therapy family are ready to welcome you home.
The Highlights
Invest in Your Future: Up to $300/mo in Loan Forgiveness
True 1-on-1 Care: No double-booking, we prioritize quality over quantity with a 75% productivity standard
Mentorship that Matters: A dedicated 6-month program for new grads and OCS/Residency pathways for experienced clinicians
Balance Found: Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends. No holidays.
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $71,500 – $116,000 (commensurate with experience)
Financial Support: $40k loan repayment + Relocation assistance
Stability: 401k with employer match + comprehensive benefits package
A Day in the Life
You’ll manage a manageable caseload of 10–12 patients per day, focusing on adult and teen orthopedic populations. From pre-hab to post-op (total joints, ACLs, shoulders), you have the time to do it right with 45-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatments.
The Location: Beyond the Clinic
Live where others vacation! With 250 days of sunshine, you can spend your weekends wakeboarding on the lake, hitting the bike trails, or catching a local rodeo. Enjoy a vibrant arts scene, live music, and walkable downtown dining—all while being part of a team that actually hangs out together outside of the hospital.

Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for TX licensure)
Heart for Service: A great attitude and a desire to collaborate within a large, diverse team
Ambition: A drive to grow into specialty work (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist tracks available)
