Our therapy staff of 85 takes pride in doing life together outside of work, from walkable restaurants to weekend rodeos. Non-profit, outpatient orthopedics
Adult + Peds, 1-on-1 treatments

PSLF eligible + hospital paid loan repayment
Dedicated mentoring with 6 month training program
Compensation:
$75,000 - $113,500 base salary
+ $17,500 sign on bonus
+ $34,000 loan forgiveness
+ $5,000 relocation assistance
+ 401k w/ match
+ Full benefits
Responsibilities:
10 patients per day
70% Adults including Post-IPR, Parkinson, stroke, general wellness
All new adult therapy equipment: Bioness, Ultrasound, Pilates Reformer, Cold Laser
30% Peds: 1-8 years old + some post-NICU, developmental delays, Autism, feeding, sensory, Downs, Torticollis
Peds clinic built 2019: Therapeutic playground, dynamic surface track, rock wall, ball pit, zip line, sensory rooms
1-on-1 treatment with 75% productivity
30-60 minute sessions, at occupational therapists discretion
Shift:
Monday - Thursday with half-day Fridays
Day shift starting at 8am
No weekends!
No holidays!
Location:
Lakes, rivers, and State Parks abound
Many outdoor activities like wake boarding, horse and bike trails
Cost of living 17% less than US average
Warm summers, mild winters, 250 sunny days per year
Active arts scene, live music, local shops and restaurants
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist
Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
New graduate Occupational Therapists invited to apply
Great attitude with strong interest in working on a large team
