Salary: $240,000 - $350,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Focus on preventative care to prevent illnesses and diseases.
• Manage chronic conditions, helping patients improve their quality of life.
• Handle the treatment of acute illnesses.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients.
• Work collaboratively with specialists and support staff for cohesive patient care.
• Document all patient encounters in the EPIC EMR system efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain the highest quality of care, focusing on patient satisfaction and adherence to guidelines.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Must have completed a residency in Family Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas or eligible to obtain.
• Strong proficiency with electronic medical record systems, preferably EPIC.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• Prior experience in an outpatient care setting.
• Experience managing a broad patient base, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
