Salary: $240,000 - $350,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Focus on preventative care to prevent illnesses and diseases.
- Manage chronic conditions, helping patients improve their quality of life.
- Handle the treatment of acute illnesses.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients.
- Work collaboratively with specialists and support staff for cohesive patient care.
- Document all patient encounters in the EPIC EMR system efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the highest quality of care, focusing on patient satisfaction and adherence to guidelines.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Must have completed a residency in Family Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas or eligible to obtain.
- Strong proficiency with electronic medical record systems, preferably EPIC.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an outpatient care setting.
- Experience managing a broad patient base, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a medical practice setting.
