Orthopedic Medical Education Clinical Specialist – Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
**You must have at least 5+ years of hands on OR experience in orthopedic surgery – Trauma surgery or foot & ankle or hips/knees/shoulders**

About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner OR hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences
- You must have at least 5+ years of hands on OR experience in orthopedic surgery – Trauma surgery or foot & ankle or hips/knees/shoulders
- Strong teaching skills and experience developing training materials
- Comfortable working with cadaver specimens
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading surgical skills labs and orthopedic training sessions
- Developing educational materials, online courses, and digital learning content
- Teaching healthcare professionals and business partners about products and procedures
- Collaborating with product management, engineering, and R&D to enhance medical devices
- Assisting with research, development, and clinical accuracy reviews
- Up to 20% travel (including internationally) to support medical education initiatives
