Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assist orthopedic surgeons in the operating room, including first assist duties.

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Perform pre- and post-operative assessments and follow-up care.
-
Provide injections, wound care, casting, and other in-office procedures.
-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
-
Participate in on-call rotations for orthopedic emergencies.
Qualifications:
-
Current Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Texas.
-
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgery required.

Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and surgical procedures.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a surgical team.
