TOTAL JOINT ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY - TUCSON, AZ
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a collaborative, physician-led orthopedic team at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tucson. This full-time employed position with Carondelet Medical Group offers excellent surgical volumes, MAKO robotic-assisted surgery, and clinical autonomy within a supportive Joint Replacement Center.
COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $650,000 - $800,000+
- Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), CME allowance, malpractice with tail
- Full administrative support: billing, credentialing, HR, marketing
CLINICAL PRACTICE
- 60% outpatient / 40% surgical mix
- 25 patients per clinic day
- 8-12 surgeries per week
- MAKO robotic-assisted surgery system
- Knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle procedures
- Dedicated Joint Replacement Center
SCHEDULE & CALL
- Clinic days + dedicated OR blocks
- Shared, manageable call rotation
- Physician-led practice model with clinical autonomy
