Order Puller

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment:

  • Accurately read and interpret order sheets or pick tickets.
  • Locate and pull products from shelves or storage areas based on order requirements.
  • Ensure the correct quantity and type of products are picked.

• Packing and Preparing Shipments:

  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment.
  • Label and document shipments accurately.

• Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Report any discrepancies or low stock levels to supervisors.

• Material Handling:

  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers as needed.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure easy access to products.

• Quality Control and Safety:

  • Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Follow warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or quality issues.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and managers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
