Aluminium Distributor company is currently seeking an experienced Order Desk person in our Mississauga operation.

  • Location: Mississauga (Dixie Rd & Matheson Blvd E)
  • Pay: $16 (plus benefits after 3 months)
  • Timing: Monday - Friday (6.45 am - 4:15 pm); Saturday (7.45 am - 12.15 pm)
  • Hours: Minimum 40 hrs for the full time shift
  • Position: Full Time and Part time

Job Duties:

  • Receiving and processing orders from customers
  • handling customer phone calls and emails
  • Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays
  • Work in co-operation with other department in the warehouse
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of company products and department processes
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Order Desk experience
  • Should be okay working in a warehouse environment
  • Experience in aluminium distribution is an asset
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
