Orchard Operations Manager

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available for an individual with 5+ years of experience in Agriculture Management as an Orchard Operations Manager near the Cochise, AZ area. This position would earn a lucrative base salary, great benefits package including full medical benefits, generous PTO, a company vehicle, and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Agricultural Management
• BS degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Previous experience of managing production such as pruning, fertilization plans, pest management, etc is a MUST
• Payroll experience is a MUST
• Previous experience managing full-time and seasonal staff is a MUST
• Must be familiar with FSA, FISMA, and OSHA
• Bilingual is PREFERED (English and Spanish)
