Job Description

Oracle EBS Supply Chain Functional Lead / Project Manager

CTG's direct manufacturing client is seeking a senior Oracle EBS Supply Chain Functional Lead Project Manager to support multiple supply chain projects currently in flight. This person will serve as a point person across projects, coordinating implementation activities while also providing hands-on functional expertise.

The ideal candidate is approximately 80% functional / 20% project management, with strong Oracle EBS experience, particularly in Order Management, Inventory, Item Setup, Pricing, and Promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point person across multiple concurrent supply chain projects, tracking progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Provide hands-on Oracle EBS functional expertise, with a strong focus on Order Management.
  • Support Inventory, Item Setup, Pricing, Promotions, and other Oracle EBS supply chain functions.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across business, development, and external vendor teams.
  • Work with external vendors supporting pricing and promotions, including EMEA initiatives.
  • Understand business processes, identify challenges, and recommend process improvements or system solutions.
  • Support hands-on configuration, customization, and business process redesign.
  • Coordinate with development teams on functional requirements and solutions.
  • Prepare project plans, RACI logs, change communications, status updates, and other project documentation.
  • Maintain communication with business and external stakeholders and ensure projects stay on track.

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on Oracle EBS Supply Chain experience
  • Expert-level Oracle EBS Order Management experience
  • Experience with Inventory, Item Setup, Pricing, and Promotions
  • Strong understanding of supply chain business processes
  • Experience with configuration, customization, and business process redesign
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and coordinate business, technical, and external vendor teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management experience, including project plans, RACI, status tracking, risks/issues, and change communication
  • Experience with WMS, preferably Manhattan
