We’re seeking an Operations Trainer with a strong background in automotive sales training to elevate performance across our sales and operations teams. This role is perfect for a former dealership sales leader or trainer who knows how to drive results, reinforce process, and coach teams to close more deals—consistently and compliantly.
What You’ll Do

Design and deliver impactful sales and operations training (in-person & virtual)

Coach teams on sales process, CRM usage, compliance, and best practices

Translate dealership workflows and policies into clear, actionable training

Partner with leadership to close skill gaps and improve sales performance

Create engaging training content that sales teams can actually use

Track effectiveness and results through the LMS
What We’re Looking For

Automotive sales training experience (required)

Deep understanding of dealership sales operations and workflows

Confident presenter who can engage, motivate, and coach sales teams

Strong communication, organization, and content-creation skills
