Operations Trainer – Automotive Sales (Corporate Office)

We’re seeking an Operations Trainer with a strong background in automotive sales training to elevate performance across our sales and operations teams. This role is perfect for a former dealership sales leader or trainer who knows how to drive results, reinforce process, and coach teams to close more deals—consistently and compliantly.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver impactful sales and operations training (in-person & virtual)

  • Coach teams on sales process, CRM usage, compliance, and best practices

  • Translate dealership workflows and policies into clear, actionable training

  • Partner with leadership to close skill gaps and improve sales performance

  • Create engaging training content that sales teams can actually use

  • Track effectiveness and results through the LMS

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive sales training experience (required)

  • Deep understanding of dealership sales operations and workflows

  • Confident presenter who can engage, motivate, and coach sales teams

  • Strong communication, organization, and content-creation skills
