Salary: $155,000–$175,000 DOE

You’ll partner directly with site leadership to identify bottlenecks, drive operational improvement and implement long-term reliability and maintenance strategies across a dynamic minerals portfolio.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead regional technical support teams across automation, projects, and process engineering
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement, reliability-centered maintenance, and root cause failure analysis
  • Align site operations with broader business goals, including CI, cost control, and asset life cycle optimization
  • Support and mentor emerging leaders while ensuring strong operational accountability across plants

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (required)
  • At least 6 years in operations leadership within mining, heavy manufacturing, or construction
  • Background in mechanical, chemical, or automation/reliability engineering
  • Experience managing teams across multiple plant sites and functions
  • Proven ability to lead change, build credibility across levels, and drive continuous improvement
