Duties may include:
Responsible for daily life cycle servicing transactions within a dynamic portfolio of whole loan and servicing positions. Need to coordinate with Business Units and stakeholder teams in the review of Lending Agreements for deals in pipeline.
Work on the team’s pipeline of daily scheduled and unscheduled servicing activity, including the processing of disbursements, modifications, interest payments, and fee payments. Need to review multiple inboxes receiving client and investor inquiries to mitigate reputation and financial impact associated with delayed responses. Provide recurring and ad-hoc support to residential trade support team and trading desk.
Requires ability to define and prioritize daily activities and follow-up on pending tasks' progress; strong written and verbal communication skills, strong working knowledge and proficiency in the appropriate computer programs such as MS Word and Excel, knowledge of financial services field with preferred experience in Residential Lending. Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once. Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem solving skills, be able to work independently.
