Client’s Internal Audit Division is seeking skilled personnel to assist in delivery of employee programs, including training, internal communications and space management.

(3-5 years related experience preferred)

Candidates with a degree in Organizational Development or Communications preferred

  • Comfortable working across various stakeholder groups
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of writing style rules, preferably AP

  • Can take tasks and run with them
  • Experience in event coordination a plus


  • Coordinating room reservations, catering and multimedia requests
  • Setting up training, registration and acknowledgement links in Firm learning systems
  • Printing and maintaining event sign-in sheets and closing out training sessions in firm systems
  • Viewing and reconciling training reports
  • Maintaining event spreadsheet
  • Updating global calendar with event dates
  • Printing event materials (e.g. handouts, tent cards)
  • Updating and printing New Hire resources
  • Managing office seating
  • Helping to draft and edit newsletters, posters, website content and presentations
  • Assisting in maintaining the department’s Jive site (prior Jive experience is not required)
