Operations Specialist

Operations Specialist needed for full-time position in Bedford, NH offering base of 48-58K DOE, benefits package and career advancement. In this role, you will be responsible for processing participant transactions such as loans, distributions, corrections, and calculating vesting for our 401(k) plan clients. This position includes direct communication with plan participants, helping them navigate the loan and distribution process while ensuring compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. You will also work closely with multiple recordkeepers to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience with retirement plan administration, financial services, or TPA operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of 401(k) plan rules, loans, distributions, and corrections is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes to plan participants in a clear and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
