Summary

Established leader in precision manufacturing and factory automation located in Ann Arbor, MI is searching for an Operations Manager with ability to manage sales, production and service teams. The selected individual will oversee sales team and manage production of technical manufacturing equipment. Engineering or manufacturing background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering, purchasing, production sale and customer service teams;
• Grow company as profitable entity, together with management team;
• Meet quarterly sales and shipment targets;

Experience and Education

• Four-year degree in engineering, or other hard science field.
• Experience in sales management highly desirable, but not required.
