Our client, a leader in packaging solutions, is seeking a hands-on operations leader to drive production excellence across a busy manufacturing plant.

The Plant Operations Manager will oversee all daily production activities—ensuring targets for safety, quality, and efficiency are consistently met. You’ll lead a team of supervisors and technical staff, driving accountability, process discipline, and continuous improvement throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant production, ensuring schedules, output, and quality standards are achieved.

• Oversee staffing, training, and development of production teams.

• Optimize materials usage, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.

• Implement process improvements and manage equipment upgrades or installations.

• Foster a safe, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.

• Strong background in high speed manufacturing - preferable packaging related
  
  Proven ability to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
