Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations across multiple projects. This role ensures smooth workflow, enhances productivity, and aligns business strategies with operational goals. The position requires strong leadership and team management skills to build a high-performing team and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the operational team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve workflow and overall efficiency.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and drive operational success.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

  • Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.

  • Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality standards.

  • Assess risks and develop contingency plans for operational continuity.

  • Conduct training programs to enhance staff performance.

  • Generate operational reports and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration (Project Management Option), or equivalent.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role, with at least two (2) years in a managerial position.

  • Project Management certification is an advantage.

  • Experience working in an IT environment is a plus.

  • Strong project and operations management skills.

  • Proficiency in operational tools, software, and ERP systems.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
