Summary

Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes.

Job Duties
  • Liaise with Managing Directors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  • Plan, prepare agenda and facilitate internal communication / required alignment with the management team and other members on a project basis
  • Assist Managing Directors for interacting with key persons at clients through effective communications. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Create a comprehensive project report, where solid writing and MS Office skills are required
  • Actively participate in internal brainstorming and discussions for business development
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
  • Supervise staff with different rolls and provide constructive feedback
  • Write and submit reports to the Managing Director in all matters of importance
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors
  • Pursue business expansion opportunities and manage administrative tasks on an as-needed basis
  • Provide and maintain office equipment, resources and facilities to meet the needs of office users
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Managing Directoras necessary
Requirements
  • Previous proven experience as Operations Manager or equivalent position
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply-chain management, accounting and finance, logistics and international trade, marketing etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and personal skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent in English
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Strong computer proficiency such as Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)
  • High sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to achieve and maintain desired results
  • Ability to travel
  • Authorized to work in the US
