Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in operations leadership within a manufacturing or logistics setting.
• Proven expertise in LEAN or similar continuous improvement frameworks, with a record of measurable outcomes.
• Experience in performance metric management is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a history of effectively managing diverse teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and a strong aptitude for using technology to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic oversight for designated production streams, ensuring alignment with objectives related to cost, delivery, quality, and safety.
• Facilitate the adoption of advanced manufacturing and inventory management systems, leveraging ERP tools to optimize processes and ensure data integrity.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance production throughput, reduce lead times, and meet customer specifications and deadlines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, establishing clear performance goals, offering training, and cultivating an inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, preempt challenges, and implement proactive solutions.
• Collaborate to maintain rigorous quality and compliance standards across production streams.
• Address and resolve issues related to processes or materials that may affect product quality.
• Champion a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and best practice standards.
