- The Operations Manager will lead and develop personnel to deliver sustainable, competitive cost while maintaining safety, compliance, and asset integrity.
- Aligns operations with business objectives.
- Preparation and implementation of process improvement projects.
- Prepare and deliver an annual unit budget for output, cost, quality, and capital spending.
- Promote and sponsor safety programs and committees for initiatives.
- Stimulate awareness for process safety across unit personnel.
- Participate in PHA/HAZOP sessions.
- Facilitate area meetings and regular briefings to unit team.
- Develop capital program ensuring project priority, cost, and timeline meets business objectives.
- Relocation provided. $140K-$170K.
Requirements:
- The Operations Manager will have a BS degree with an engineering major and 10+ years in chemical manufacturing.
- 5+ years of operations leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the petrochemical industry is preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
