Our client located in Bayshore is looking to hire an Operations Manager on a direct hire basis. This Operations Manager position is a full time role and is on site. The standard hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5:30pm. We are looking for a self-starter with a great attitude who enjoys solving problems and taking on challenges.

JOB TITLE: Operations Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team. If you have operational management experience with great people skills, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, direction, planning and management of all processes for all entities of the operational and customer service functions.
• Lead company initiatives from inception to completion.
• Hands on involvement to ensure all requirements are met.
• Continuous review, evaluation, and audit of operational procedures and performance with the purpose of identifying areas for improvement or developing potential cost saving projects.
• Drive safety, quality, and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison among different departments to improve operation results.
• Ensure warehouse operation is led with efficiency and success.
• Manage inventory control in our warehouse.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' management experience in a Distribution Center / Fulfillment Center environment required.
• 10+ years handling inventory / operational tasks.
• Technical experience and familiarity with ISO certification a plus.
• Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with the evolving business requirements.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to optimally respond to urgent situations.
• Must be process oriented with good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to lead a team.
• Strong technical skills.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude, and professional demeanor.

Salary is based upon experience but the target is $90-105k plus a complete benefits package.
