The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager/Plant Manager to spearhead the establishment of a new lumber yard and truss plant in Las Vegas, Nevada. This pivotal role involves setting up and managing operations, recruiting and training staff, and developing robust processes to ensure productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the truss and lumber operations sector and must be adept at working in a greenfield environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing market.
