They are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team to help improve operations and organization, continue to drive their team and processes, grow into further leadership within the company, and implement overall better technology and software.
The Role: As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. Your main goal will be to improve the organization, help improve operations and organization, continue to drive their team and processes, grow into further leadership within the company, and implement overall better technology and software. With a team of 25 employees, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and customer service. This is a replacement role, and the company is looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience in distribution, preferably within the building products industry.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary range of $95,000 to $130,000
- Potential bonus based on experience
