An exclusive luxury yacht operating throughout Indonesia is currently seeking to appoint an Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will primarily provide shore-based operational support, ensuring seamless charter operations, and occasionally on board as relief cruise director.
For this position, both Expats and Indonesian Nationals are being considered.
Profile
• Background in operations and guest experience management within a maritime setting
• Familiarity with coordinating teams and supporting day to day operational requirements
• Demonstrated interest in marine or outdoor environments
• First Aid and CPR qualified
• Awareness of environmental considerations in marine operations
• Comfortable working across both operational and field based settings
• Prior exposure, minimum 4 years, to marine based or mobile hospitality operations is beneficial
• Understanding of luxury service delivery
• Comfortable and motivated to work in a luxury onboard environment
• Strong familiarity with marine destinations and operating areas in Indonesia
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Dynamic and adaptable in approach
• Deep commitment to service quality and standards
• Demonstrates effective leadership with a focus on achieving results
• Highly structured, proactive, and capable of working autonomously
• Strong communicator who works well across teams
• Brings creativity, energy, and a constructive mindset to the role
• Detail focused with a strong emphasis on quality outcomes
• Inspires and develops teams through positive leadership
• Flexible working hours
• Computer proficiency is required, and AI proficiency is a plus
