What You'll Do
- Directly supervise four employees and indirectly supervise 20+ within various departments
- Sustain and develop teamwork and team-based problem solving
- Manage team members, provide feedback, and deliver shift briefs
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with contract management systems, development software, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment
