Operations Maintenance Manager

Large national company seeks an operations Manager to work with property managers and vendors and maintenance works to make sure the properties and properly maintained.  This will be a position that requires someone with excellent verbal communication skills to work with property management C-level employees and at the same time work with a field worker that may speak English as a 2nd language.  That means they are looking for someone who can be clear and direct without speaking down to someone.  That means the right candidate needs to be socially flexible and have the ability to work with many different types of people and different levels.  It would help to be a little mechanical and understand equipment and chemicals used.  The company is national so they have a good operations and procedural system for that needs to be followed and taught and upheld and implemented with exactness.  The company has it down to a science and if their systems are followed they will be successful.  Starting income 40k to 80k .
