We are seeking a smart, ambitious Operations Associate to oversee inventory management and fulfillment in the US.
This role supports our global Operations team and works cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, and Growth teams to enhance supply chain efficiencies and achieve global growth ambitions.
The position reports to the Senior Manager of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage inventory at domestic 3PLs, collaborating with Growth and Demand Planning teams to ensure optimal inventory levels for DTC, Retail, and Amazon channels.
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory levels, and kitting production.
- Coordinate international inventory transfers to the US, managing end-to-end processes.
- Oversee inventory at Amazon FBA, Amazon UK, and additional marketplaces.
- Manage catalog and fulfillment for small retailers.
- Serve as the main contact for the internal Growth team to ensure sufficient stock coverage of bestsellers and improve sell-through of excess stock.
- Maintain and update product SKUs across various systems, including front-end and back-end platforms.
- Analyze forecasting vs. actuals, inventory coverage, and invoice accuracy on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree. 3.7 GPA or higher.
- Ability to work from our NYC office (hybrid, 3 days per week in-office).
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills preferred.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in a startup environment or consumer goods/retail industry is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon FBA, Shopify, and OMS systems are a plus.

Salary $65-$70K base
