Our client is seeking a professional Finance Manager for their team. The Finance Manager will be instrumental in onboarding new acquisitions from a finance and operations standpoint, ensuring processes are standardized, and identifying areas where improvements could be made. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to the M&A team regarding transactions and financial and operational analysis
• Organize integration of new and future acquisitions
• Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and manage journal entries
• Create and support with executing effective action plans and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with financial leads and stakeholders on financial performances and data insights
• Track investment metrics and strategic business acquisitions

Qualifications

• MBA a must
• At least 5 years’ experience working in a Finance/Accounting role (ideally both in big 4 public accounting and in industry)
• Experience in an operational role within a software company or in management consulting (asset)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong technical skills
• Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
