Job Description
Operations Coordinator – Motor Claims
Based in Rhodes the successful candidate will be the leader and senior member of the operations team, in this fast growing company
This role will:
- Be a point of escalation for the operations team with regards to complex cases.
- Have the ability to think outside the square and draw on previous experience to resolve motor vehicle insurance related issues.
- Be a point of contact for top tier customers
- Take the lead on certain aspects like Total Loss files / Recoveries and Settlements etc.
- Liaise with Insurance Companies and 3rd Party Assessing Companies
The role has potential to grow into its own team as the company expands.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have
- Minimum of 4-5 years of Motor Claims Insurance
- Express real passion for customer service and a genuine interest in helping people
- Ability to work in a team environment while also having the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to remain calm and show empathy to customers.
- Clear verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively across all areas of business.
- Highly developed written communication
- High attention to details
- Ability to priortise work and deliver in high volume situations.
Working on site 8-5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Very close to station
