Operations Coordinator – Motor Claims

Based in Rhodes the successful candidate will be the leader and senior member of the operations team, in this fast growing company

This role will:

  • Be a point of escalation for the operations team with regards to complex cases.
  • Have the ability to think outside the square and draw on previous experience to resolve motor vehicle insurance related issues.
  • Be a point of contact for top tier customers
  • Take the lead on certain aspects like Total Loss files / Recoveries and Settlements etc.
  • Liaise with Insurance Companies and 3rd Party Assessing Companies

The role has potential to grow into its own team as the company expands.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of Motor Claims Insurance
  • Express real passion for customer service and a genuine interest in helping people
  • Ability to work in a team environment while also having the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to remain calm and show empathy to customers.
  • Clear verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively across all areas of business.
  • Highly developed written communication
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to priortise work and deliver in high volume situations.

Working on site 8-5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Very close to station
