Job Description

Position Summary:
Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for an SAP Requisition-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay Specialist to manage and optimize the full procure-to-pay cycle within SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAP S/4 HANA, with strong expertise in requisitions, purchasing flows, and purchase info records. The candidate should also be familiar with master recipes, BOMs, and related manufacturing processes. Process industry experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Configure, manage, and optimize SAP Requisition-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Support and maintain purchasing flows, requisitions, and purchase info records.
  • Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to manage master recipes and BOMs.
  • Ensure process compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues related to procurement and master data.
  • Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP P2P processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience in the PtP domain
  • Significant SAP S/4 HANA experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Requisition-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Experience managing purchasing flows and purchase info records.
  • Familiarity with master recipes, BOMs, and related manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
