Job Description

We are seeking an experienced S4 FI Functional Analyst to support OTC (Order-to-Cash) and financial reporting initiatives. This role is business-facing yet highly technical, requiring hands-on configuration, reporting development, and end-to-end support for testing and documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to bridge functional requirements with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather Requirements, Design, develop, and maintain FI/OTC reports from a financial perspective. Current reporting tool being used in Alteryx.
  • Work with the report developers to build reporting solutions. Person should be hands-on technical configuration and development for S/4 FI modules.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Work closely with Alteryx developers and assist with testing, including creation of test scripts, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Perform data mapping, validation, and analysis to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes, configuration, and system changes.
  • Support functional configuration and troubleshooting for SAP FI modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integrity and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA FI reporting.
  • Proven experience as an SAP FI Functional Analyst with hands-on reporting experience.
  • Prior experience in end-to-end OTC financial process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of OTC processes from a financial perspective.
  • Experience in building, configuring, and supporting SAP reporting solutions.
  • Experience with testing, data mapping, and documentation creation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with immediate impact.
