Job Description:

Answer all incoming calls to respond to callers inquiries in a professional manner- Book and confirm appointments, for all offices when required- Redirect calls as needed;
Preferred experience with Toronto Real Estate Board MLS system (TRAINING CAN BE PROVIDED)
Assist agents with daily tasks- Process Outgoing Mail- Receive and sort mail.
Receive deposit cheques and supply receipts
Manage all incoming faxes, forward faxes, email or print and file.
Flexible Hours Day/Evening & Weekends.
