Office Manager with Accounting and Human Resources experience

Our growing client has a need for an Office Manager with Accounting and Human Resources experience including benefits administration.

Duties:
• Manage office staff
• Prepares month-end close and monthly financial reporting
• Reconciles balance sheet accounts including bank accounts monthly to ensure balances are properly supported and explained.
• Manages accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Handles Human resources including onboarding of new employees and Benefits Administration
• Process Payroll

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or some college accounting classes preferred
• Seven or more years of experience with at least two years of supervisory experience
QuickBooks experience is required
