Our Schaumburg client is adding a new office services position due to a promotion. If you have worked as an office services person in a law firm, please sent us your resume.

Some of the duties are as follows:

Reception:

  • Open office
  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments for conference rooms
  • Greet visitors
  • Keep reception area clean
  • Order food for meetings
  • Make coffee throughout the day
  • Load and unload dishwasher
  • Close office

Office Services:

  • Order, store and inventory of office supplies
  • Set up stock in mail room, kitchen
  • Receive and distribute FedEx, UPS, or other packages
  • Pick up and take mail to mailroom pickup
  • Prepare interoffice mail
  • Distribute faxes
  • Order messenger service
  • Scan documents when needed
  • Organize, inventory and arrange files to offsite storage and shredding
  • Maintenance of printers/ copy machines
  • Assist with invoice distribution and mailing during billing period
  • Miscellaneous tasks or projects as needed
