Office Manager/Administrator- Sandy Springs
- Work directly with Account Directors (who setup and initiate product programs / pricing for our clients)
- Set up and facilitate projects, place vendor orders and track shipments prior to billing
- Responsibilities include managing Accounts Payable, Reconciling Project Costs,
- Invoicing Customers
- Accounts Receivable and assisting in Collection
- Purchase Office Supplies and other administrative tasks.
- If you like to multi-task,
- Take ownership of all responsibilities and their outcomes
- Work ethic and a “nothing is too much trouble attitude”
- Salary range: 40's to low 50's
