Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Our rapidly growing client has an immediate need for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to manage office staff and handle the bookkeeping.
The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will work closely with the owners overseeing the office staff and processing Accounts Payable, manage an Accounts Receivable Clerk, submit payroll for 30 people to their payroll company, calculate sales commissions, benefits administration and monthly financial reporting.
Must be a team player that can help answer phones (back up administrative assistant).
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise preferred
Ten or more years of Bookkeeping and Office Management experience required.
Operations experience a preferred
Hours - 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch
Salary $50k to $60k
