Office Manager

Our client, has an immediate need for an Office Manager that has experience running an office and supporting the President with administrative and light accounting and human resources duties.

Support the President with calendar management and travel arrangements.

Manage the office staff and order office supplies, work with vendors.

Process Accounts Payables and expense reports

Handle Human Resources issues like onboarding and employee relations

Must have 3 or more years of experience managing an office and providing administrative assistance.

Must be able to wear many hats and help wherever needed.

Good Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience required.
