Our client in Downtown Toronto is looking to bring an Office Manager onto their team. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Invoice tracking and processing
- Manage CRM contact database
- Manage the physical office including supplies and equipment maintenance
- Support all Administrative duties
- Manage Fire Safety Team
- Maintain Website
- Manage vendor database
- Calendar management, travel arrangements and event planning
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Manage minute books
- Manage daily operations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma
- Minimum 5 years of office support experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a fast-paced team environment
- Project management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite
