Our client in Downtown Toronto is looking to bring an Office Manager onto their team. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Invoice tracking and processing
  • Manage CRM contact database
  • Manage the physical office including supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Support all Administrative duties
  • Manage Fire Safety Team
  • Maintain Website
  • Manage vendor database
  • Calendar management, travel arrangements and event planning
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Manage minute books
  • Manage daily operations
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

Qualifications:
  • University degree or college diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of office support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a fast-paced team environment
  • Project management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite
