Medical Office Manager

We are NOW hiring for our client in North Scottsdale - Medical Office Manager for a fast paced specialty clinic. This is a Direct Hire with Full Time office hours - Monday through Friday. Salary range is ($50,000 - $60,000K a year) Depending on Qualifications

General Job Duties:
Provide daily office support to other staff personnel members and handle any issues that may arise
Assist with greeting patients, processing patient paperwork, insurance verifications and referrals
Oversee the daily operations of the practice
Organize and maintain the medical records of patients and staff records
Work cooperatively with the medical providers of the clinic
Act as the clinic representative with patients using knowledge and critical thinking skills to address patients questions and concerns
General Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration or business field is highly desired
Prior medical office experience in managing a medical office, personnel management and/or supervising a department in a private practice (Required)
Managerial style that is results oriented, open and transparent and a team player
Decisive and exercise good judgment under pressure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in medical software and record-keeping systems
