Salary: $50k-$65k plus $350 a month towards benefits


  • Responsible for client billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
  • Prepare job costing for all jobs
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and building maintenance and for the office and building
  • Human resources duties including benefits administration, onboarding, hiring, training, and workers compensation


  • Five or more years of experience
  • QuickBooks experience required

Salary to $50k-$65k depending on experience plus $350 a month towards benefits
