Office Manager (Finance, HR & Business Ops)

We’re not looking for a traditional Office Manager—we’re looking for the person who keeps everything running.
This role is the operational backbone of the business and a trusted partner to the CEO, owning the day-to-day functions that keep finance, people, and operations aligned. If you’re someone who thrives wearing multiple hats, enjoys being in the center of the action, and takes pride in bringing order to complexity—this is your seat at the table.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and accounting leadership, gaining exposure to all sides of the business while playing a critical role in its continued growth.
What You’ll Own
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where no two days look the same:
Financial Operations
- Own invoicing and accounts receivable, including customer follow-ups and collections
- Partner with accounting on transaction processing, vendor bills, and month-end support
- Ensure accuracy across order, billing, and financial data
Order & Business Operations
- Oversee order entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments (including customs documentation)
- Maintain purchasing workflows, inventory setup, and vendor coordination
People & Payroll
- Run payroll and support employee benefits administration
- Lead onboarding and support employee-related processes and questions
- Serve as a go-to resource for internal team needs
Office & Culture
- Be the face and heartbeat of the office—owning logistics, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Plan team events, celebrations, and company gatherings
- Manage shared inboxes and keep internal communication flowing

Experience & Skills
- 4+ years in office management, operations, or business support (higher-level experience strongly valued)
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online preferred) and Excel
- Experience with AR, payroll, or HR processes
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
