Knowledge and skills required:

  • advanced digital skills using microsoft office & microsoft outlook
  • expert knowledge of lone wolf, stratus mls, easy offer, quick office commander. Reco & treb experience is an asset
  • strong knowledge of ontario real estate transactions and orea documents is a must
  • entering deals into broker wolf accounting systems
  • preparing monthly schedules for staff
  • scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions, etc.), enter listing information & appointment instructions into quick office commander
  • offer preparation, amendments, waivers & other related forms/documents
  • answer phones in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and able to relay messages in fast and pleasant manner
  • manage & respond to all incoming emails & regular mail in professional and timely fashion on a daily basis
  • following up with agents regarding outstanding documents
  • invoicing other brokerages & lawyers for commissions
  • occasional back up for receptionist – breaks & vacation
  • uploading and maintaining material on all social media pages (instagram, office website, facebook)
  • other duties assigned

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Secondary school (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
