Immediate in-office opportunity for an experienced Office Manager in Marietta, GA. This established, successful consumer goods company offers this role to wear many hats, in a fast paced environment. This opportunity offers $55-65K, DOE, plus benefits, and perks.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ yrs of professional office management experience
  • Team player attitude
  • Detail orientated
  • Take initiative
  • Must have experience with Google Suite

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  1. Maintenance of new facility and equipment - take ownership of the bldg. and land. plumbing. Landscaping. Stays in top quality. Mange contractors/vendors. Take ownership that has a good eye-ownership. Walk around facility
  2. Proof and professional publish the already created company documents to present to staff
  3. Help to drive the already established good company culture- Coordinate and plan events. Take them to the next step. Bring in art work/help at holidays- take the lead
  4. Onboarding of employees- a lot to grow in this. Touch more on HR side. Assist with temps during peak season - orientation, now who is coming- assign tags- give orientation -intros- help with some baseline training-create professional expectations
  5. Additional assistance as needed, like quality insurance with shipping out orders
