Job Location: Remote Compensation: $20-$25/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full Time Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Company Overview: Join our team at a reputable house cleaning company dedicated to providing top-quality service to the clients. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support the growing team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules and coordinate cleaning staff assignments

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and take service orders

  • Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records

  • Oversee social media postings

  • Provide administrative assistance to the CEO

  • Perform light bookkeeping tasks

  • Ensure smooth office operations through effective communication and problem-solving

  • Maintain client records and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

〇インターネット環境が整っていること
〇電話使用ができる
〇自己所有の車がある
〇ハワイで合法の運転免許がある
〇米国での就労資格がある
〇ハワイ在住または勤務時にハワイにいることができる
〇日英バイリンガル(ビジネスレベル)-電話、メール応対、ベンダーとの連携その他




Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or management roles preferred



  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (spoken and written)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
