Office Manager - Construction

Our growing construction company client has an immediate need for an Office Manager to handle accounting and Office/Administrative duties.

- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process job costing for projects
- Answer phones
- Administrative Assistant to two owners, travel arrangements, set up meetings, expense reports
- QuickBooks experience is a MUST
Four or more years of construction accounting (AP, AR, job cost) experience required

This is a Direct hire position with a salary of $45k - $50k DOE.
