Office Manager with Accounting and Human Resources experience
Our growing client has a need for an Office Manager with Accounting and Human Resources experience including benefits administration.Duties:
• Manage office staff
• Prepares month-end close and monthly financial reporting
• Reconciles balance sheet accounts including bank accounts monthly to ensure balances are properly supported and explained.
• Manages accounts receivable including monthly billing and cash applications.
• Handles accounts payable insuring correct general ledger coding and schedule of payments to maximize cash flow.
• Handles Human resources including onboarding of new employees and Benefits Administration
• Process Payroll Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting a plus
• Seven or more years of experience with at least two years of supervisory experience
